Parexcellence was born from a passion for golf, performance, and personal development. As a golfer and caddie on the Senior European Tour, I saw first-hand how athletes of all levels struggled to find the right balance between physical training, recovery, and mental resilience.
While technology dominates modern sport, self-reflection and structured journaling remain overlooked tools. These practices provide athletes and everyday achievers with the discipline and clarity needed to perform at their best — on the course, in training, and in life.
